Enterprise Partner

This is not a reseller programme.
It is a working relationship with the sector's most advanced operators.

We select a limited number of established operators whose scale and operational complexity contribute to the evolution of the platform. This is not a referral channel: it is strategic access, real product influence, and a structured relationship with the team building Keevaris.

What is included

Six types of access not available on any standard plan.

A Keevaris Enterprise Partner is not just a large client. It is an operator who is an active part of the product process.

Strategic access
A direct channel, no intermediaries
Direct access to the product and engineering team, with a dedicated strategic contact and a direct escalation path. No generic support layers.
Roadmap
A real voice in product decisions
You participate in product discovery. You can propose and discuss strategic requirements, with priority consideration for recurring needs in your operation.
Early Access
First to test new features
Early access to selected modules, preview environments and AI capabilities before general release, with structured feedback loops.
Co-innovation
We test together before scaling
Pilots at a single site or country level, running in parallel with your current system, with defined acceptance criteria before deciding on a wider rollout.
Governance
A periodic review, not a vague promise
Quarterly product session (roadmap, adoption, feedback, integrations) and annual strategic review (technology, expansion, new markets).
Migration & integration
From your current stack to the Keevaris core
Assessment of your current system, data mapping, phased migration and API-first architecture to integrate what you already use.
How it works

Direct, structured, and no intermediaries.

Access to the team that builds the product, not an account manager.

Priority support, not a generic queue
Direct escalation path, product-team visibility on your case, proactive communication around relevant releases, and a custom SLA scoped to your deployment.
Full API and development environment
Full access to the documented REST API, sandbox with real test data, and direct technical support for building custom integrations.
1:1 conversations, whenever you need them
You don't wait for the quarterly session. Request a direct conversation with Javier Díez or Pedram, the two of them at the helm of Keevaris, and if you'd rather do it in person, you're welcome at our office.
Migration & integration

From your current stack, no leap into the unknown.

The transition is not all-or-nothing. Keevaris integrates with what already works and replaces what does not, at your pace.

Phased migration
We assess your current system, map the data and migrate in phases: run in parallel with your current system, validate, and cut over once proven. Country by country if your operation requires it.
Open integration architecture
API-first from the core. We connect with what you already use: payments, access control, accounting, identity. If something isn't supported yet, we assess it as part of the process.

Multi-site & multi-country

Built for portfolios that cross borders.

The programme is particularly relevant for organisations operating complex portfolios across multiple locations or markets.

Self-storage facility
To be clear

One platform. Not a different version per client.

Keevaris is built around recurring industry patterns and real operator feedback. An Enterprise Partner helps identify, validate and prioritise those patterns, without creating a customer-specific fork of the product.

Doesn't include
  • Bespoke software development
  • Ownership of the product roadmap
  • A separate product version per client
Does include
  • Configuration to how you work
  • Integration with your current stack
  • Extension on the same shared core

Configure. Integrate. Extend. Don't fork.

Does your operation have the profile?

We look for operators managing several sites or countries, replacing a legacy system, dealing with complex integrations, or simply interested in automation and AI applied to their real operation. Commercial terms are evaluated individually based on scope — we don't publish standard discounts. Tell us how many sites you manage, in which countries, what system you use today, and what you would like to improve.
