Keevaris was built by a team that has worked together for more than seven years, with over 18 years of experience building software and brand systems for self-storage operators. Every project revealed the same gap: existing software did not understand the category. So we built the platform from scratch.

The origin of Keevaris.

Keevaris was built by a team that has worked together for more than seven years: the same team behind FF&RW, a branding, technology and digital product studio with presence in 8 European countries. For years we worked with self-storage operators and kept seeing the same problem: disconnected systems, adapted spreadsheets, generic software with a changed logo.

Keevaris is the direct response to that diagnosis, and we've been building it for over a year now. An ERP+CRM platform designed from day one for the real logic of self-storage, not adapted.

Three disciplines in one team: product strategy, engineering and user experience. That allows us to build software that works well and that people actually use.
